  • ½ cup vegetable oil

  • 2 cups softened butter
  • 10 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Gradually fold in the chocolate cake mix until well combined.
  3. Fill cupcake liners about ¾ full with batter and bake for approximately 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.
  4. For frosting, beat softened butter until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar and heavy cream while mixing until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and green gel food coloring until the desired shade is achieved.
