  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Red food coloring, as needed for desired shade
  • ¼ cup Christmas sprinkles for the filling
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and wrap a 9-inch springform pan in foil.
  2. Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter and sugar to form the crust. Press into the pan and bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar, vanilla, cocoa powder, and red food coloring. Fold in whipped cream and sprinkles.
  4. Pour filling over cooled crust and bake in a water bath at 325°F (160°C) for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  5. Cool in the oven for an hour, then refrigerate for 6-8 hours before serving.
  6. Decorate with whipped cream, mini Oreos, and more sprinkles before serving.
