  • 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini vegan marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon barley tea
  • 25 wrapped caramels (unwrapped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8×8 inch pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the melted chocolate into the pan, spreading evenly; freeze for 15 minutes.
  4. Combine vegan marshmallows and butter in another bowl; heat until smooth, adding barley tea.
  5. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the chocolate layer; freeze again for 15 minutes.
  6. Melt unwrapped caramels until smooth; pour over the marshmallow layer.
  7. Add remaining melted chocolate on top.
  8. Freeze for 15-30 minutes until set, then cut into pieces.
