  • 56 large Portobello mushrooms (stem removed)
  • 56 fresh mozzarella cheese balls (sliced thinly)
  • 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes (sliced thinly)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Fresh basil (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a small pan over medium heat; add crushed garlic until fragrant.
  2. Place cleaned Portobello mushrooms on a baking sheet, gill-side up, and brush generously with garlic butter.
  3. Layer each mushroom with mozzarella slices followed by grape tomato slices.
