Ingredients

3 quarts water
1 (12-ounce) can of beef broth (optional)
3 tablespoons Creole Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
Hot sauce (to taste)
1 medium yellow onion (sliced)
1 large lemon (cut into wedges)
1 lb baby potatoes (red or gold)
1 lb pre-cooked snow crab leg clusters
1 – 1.5 lbs jumbo shrimp (deveined)
4–6 ears sweet corn on the cob
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
10 cloves of garlic (finely minced)
2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
1 teaspoon Creole Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
In a large stockpot over medium-high heat, combine water and beef broth. Bring to a boil. Add Creole Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, hot sauce, onion, and lemon wedges; simmer for 15 minutes.
Add sliced turkey sausage and potatoes; cook for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Introduce snow crab clusters and shrimp into the pot along with corn; ensure everything is submerged. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until shrimp are pink.
While cooking, melt butter in a saucepan and mix in minced garlic, lemon juice, seasonings, and hot sauce. Stir until combined.
Carefully remove seafood and vegetables from the pot onto a lined baking sheet; pour garlic butter sauce over everything and toss to coat.
