  • 3 quarts water
  • 1 (12-ounce) can of beef broth (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons Creole Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Hot sauce (to taste)
  • 1 medium yellow onion (sliced)
  • 1 large lemon (cut into wedges)
  • 1 lb baby potatoes (red or gold)
  • 1 lb pre-cooked snow crab leg clusters
  • 11.5 lbs jumbo shrimp (deveined)
  • 46 ears sweet corn on the cob
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
  • 10 cloves of garlic (finely minced)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Creole Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large stockpot over medium-high heat, combine water and beef broth. Bring to a boil. Add Creole Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, hot sauce, onion, and lemon wedges; simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Add sliced turkey sausage and potatoes; cook for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  3. Introduce snow crab clusters and shrimp into the pot along with corn; ensure everything is submerged. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until shrimp are pink.
  4. While cooking, melt butter in a saucepan and mix in minced garlic, lemon juice, seasonings, and hot sauce. Stir until combined.
  5. Carefully remove seafood and vegetables from the pot onto a lined baking sheet; pour garlic butter sauce over everything and toss to coat.
