  • 4 cups green lettuce (chopped)
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes (sliced)
  • ¼ cup dill pickle (chopped)
  • ¼ cup red onion (diced or sliced)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup sweet relish
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
  2. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, and shredded cheddar while the beef is warm.
  3. In bowls or plates, layer chopped lettuce as a base and top with seasoned beef mixture, sliced tomatoes, pickles, red onion, avocado slices, and more shredded cheese if desired.
