  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon apple juice (as bourbon substitute)
  • 1/2 cup roasted chopped pecans
  • 8 ounces round of brie
  • 1.9 ounces package frozen mini fully baked phyllo shells (15 shells)

Instructions

  2. Remove the rind from the brie and cut it into ½ inch cubes.
