  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Chopped fresh chives or parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the sweet potatoes, then prick each several times with a fork. Coat lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Bake directly on the oven rack or on a lined baking sheet for about 40 minutes until tender.
  4. While baking, mix olive oil, cinnamon, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, chili flakes, black pepper, and honey in a bowl.
